Investment Risks

The Foundation discloses various types of risks to buyers, including the risk of potential loss of the purchase price of DSW coins. The accuracy of the information regarding risk burdens or uncertainties written below is not guaranteed. The company does not guarantee the value of DSW coins.

Buyers are considered to have agreed to purchase with the understanding of the inherent risks of DSW coins, which involve no guarantee of any form of DSW coins as they are, through trading and holding DSW coins.

  1. Blockchain Risk: Transactions may be delayed or invalidated due to congestion in the blockchain system. In particular, the smart contracts responsible for the issuance and distribution of DSW coins are based on the SOLANA blockchain technology. The SOLANA protocol may have weaknesses and vulnerabilities, including bugs that result in the loss of DSW coins. Problems with the SOLANA blockchain may cause material damage to the Foundation and DSW coin buyers.

  2. Personal Information Risk: User's personal information is necessary for the distribution and control of DSW coins in the buyer's electronic wallet. Therefore, if personal information is leaked, DSW coins in the buyer's electronic wallet may be leaked. Moreover, third parties may steal DSW coins by accessing the buyer's electronic wallet due to the leakage of personal information.

  3. Security Risk: Like all other cryptocurrencies, SOLANA is vulnerable to malicious attacks such as double spending attacks or 51% attacks. Hackers or other malicious groups may attack the Foundation or DSW coins using such attack methods, and successful blockchain attacks can significantly impact DSW coin transactions and DSW coins.

  4. Wallet Compatibility Risk: To purchase or store DSW coins, you need to use an electronic wallet that is technically compatible with DSW coins. If you use a different wallet, you may not be able to access and view the purchased DSW coins.

  5. Force Majeure Risk: The DSW platform is still under development, and the Foundation will strive to develop and maintain the DSW platform as described in the Whitepaper. However, changes may occur due to various reasons such as legal, design, technological, administrative, and regulatory changes. The company is exempt from any liability for loss or damage to the value and liquidity of DSW coins due to force majeure factors such as changes in regulatory frameworks or required permits and licenses, emergence of platforms or open sources detrimental to the company or the DSW platform, lack of market interest, and similar events.

  6. Value Fluctuation Risk: The Foundation does not guarantee the value of DSW coins. The company may take measures such as fluctuation or burning of DSW coins due to operational or platform operational reasons. The company is exempt from any liability for losses arising from fluctuations in the value of DSW coins.
